Laundromat
What are your hours?
Our laundromat is open from 5:00 a.m. to last wash at 10:00 p.m.
Are you attended?
Monday - Sunday we are attended from 6:00 p.m. to closing.
Monday - Thursday we are also attended from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our machines take coins only.
Do you have large machines?
Yes. We have 60 & 80 pound machines so you can do multiple loads at one time, or wash items like comforters that may not fit in your machine at home.
Do you have parking?
Yes, there is plenty of parking.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with us Monday - Sunday between 6:00 p.m. until closing. Monday - Thursday we offer additional hours between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. where you can leave your laundry.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use Tide or you have the option to use hypoallergenic detergent.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $25 minimum order for our drop off laundry.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No, never. We never mix your laundry with any other client's laundry.
When will I get my clothes back?
Your clothes will be ready for pick up in 48 hours.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
We offer our pickup and delivery services Monday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
What is the turnaround time?
Your clothes will be returned to you in 48 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $30 minimum for pickup and delivery service.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
If you sign up for regular weekly or biweekly service the cost is $2.10/lb. If you only use our service from time to time it is $2.25/lb.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No you do not. When you place your order there is a section where you can let the driver know where you will be leaving your laundry, so they know where to find it.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes! There is a section in the ordering process where you can let us know if you have any specific instructions.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No there is not. We know that you will continue to use our services as long as we continue to provide exceptional service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
We ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can go into your account and put your service on hold until you return from vacation.
